1.  Members should read and agree to the RingSurf guide lines. 2.  Membership is open to anyone using or who would like to learn how to use, "lake", "snow", and other special effects applets to enhance thier site.  This may also include a nice selection of animated .gif's, as well.  The main thing is that you show a genuine interest in, and willingness to learn how to use image enhancements. 3.  Sites should be "family oriented" as much as possible. Tasteful, artistic nudity will be allowed, however, pornography or other adult oriented material will not be permitted.  Acceptance on these grounds will be at the "sole discretion" of the Ringmaster. 4.  If you are not installing our applet on your entrance page, i.e. a rings page, please be sure you list the URL of the page where the applet will be installed. 5.  After you are placed in the "queue" you will have 30 days to install the Ring applet, if you are having problems, come to the home page and e-mail me, I'll help in any way I can. 6.  Two applets will be available, one animated and one still picture.  Please come to our home page to choose your applet and get the correct "code". 7.  That's it!  The main thing is to have fun and enjoy the beautiful "special effects' applets.
